Expedited shipping: Orders shipped with expedited shipping options will be delivered in the selected number of business days, starting with the first business day after the order.

Standard shipping: Orders shipped with standard shipping will be delivered in 1-6 business days, depending upon your location in the continental US. Please see below to see the standard number of days required to get to your state. These times are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping to AK/HI: Alaska and Hawaii are considered remote locations by UPS and must be shipped via 2-day or next day. Please be aware that these transit times are not guaranteed.

Due to the increased risks of online shopping in our society, we have a precise two-part security system to help protect our customers and their credit card information. For an order to be successfully processed, we require that the full billing address associated with the credit card being used is provided. If the billing address submitted is incomplete or incorrect, the charge cannot be completed. You may see a pending charge in your account, but the transaction cannot be completed without the completed billing address and the pending charge will be removed from the account in 1-2 business days.

Return labels are not included as a part of our return policy. However, once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a full merchandise refund for your resellable merchandise and no restocking fees will be charged.

A return authorization can be requested through our website here: https://www.hivissupply.com/returns. Please be aware that to receive credit for your return the item must be unused and have the tags still attached.

In order to make sure that we are able to provide our customers with the best prices possible, some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s location. These orders will have a 2-5 day processing time before the item ships out. Once the item has shipped, a shipment notification will be sent to you via email and tracking information will be provided.

To qualify for a wholesale account, please provide a tax exemption or resale certificate. This will entitle you to a 5% discount on your purchases. However, please be aware that by taking advantage of this wholesale pricing, you will be disqualified from participating in other promotions that we have running at any given time. This includes free shipping promotions, promotional discounts on qualifying orders, and quantity breaks offered.

We are only able to ship to commercial locations in Canada at this time. If you place your order online, please include your correct billing and shipping addresses in the comments section of your order. Please be aware that in order for us to complete your order, we will need to have a shipping quote created and approved for the international shipment.
